A man from Eau Claire accused of randomly shooting at houses is reaching a plea deal.
Prosecutors say Brandon Flanary admitted to shooting out of his window while drinking to relieve stress. He’s pleading no contest to two charges, and another charge was dropped in exchange. Flanary will be on probation for three years, and will not be allowed to use guns in that time.
