A 16-year-old is dead following a crash in the Town of Hillsboro.
The crash happened yesterday morning on County Road WW northwest of Highway 33 when a pickup truck driven by a 17-year-old boy lost control, went off the road and rolled over several times. The 16-year-old was ejected from the vehicle. Both teens were sent to the hospital, where the 16-year-old was pronounced dead. Investigators believe speed, alcohol, and vehicle equipment appear to be contributing factors in the crash.
