EC Schools Seeks Subs

Eau Claire Schools say they are keeping their teachers, but say they are having a hard time finding people to fill-in.

Brandon Wick with Eau Claire Schools says the district hasn’t a lot of teacher turn-over recently, unlike many other schools in Wisconsin. But Wick said there continues to be a need for substitute teachers. A Department of Public Instruction report from earlier in the year said many school districts in the state are dealing with retention problems. Wick said Eau Claire’s need is for teachers who can cover classrooms when full time teachers need some time off. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.
