Structural Concerns Affect Residents at Apartment Building

Some of the folks who live at the Romeis Apartments in Chippewa Falls say they were ordered out of their apartment because the building is not fit for human occupancy.

Engineers looked at the building last week, and said there are serious structural concerns. Their report says an entire wing of the apartment building should be emptied-out until the building’s owner can shore-up the foundation, and fix several other areas.
