WI Adds New Specialty License Plates

Wisconsin is adding two new specialty license plates. 

One is a suicide prevention awareness license plate, featuring a green and blue gradient with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention logo.  The other plate features the phrase Spay, Neuter, Adopt, and images of a dog, cat, and bunny. 

The proceeds from this plate will go toward a local nonprofit that helps pay for spaying and neutering services.  Both plates come with an extra 40-dollars in fees, including a tax-deductible donation to the organizations.
