The jury will continue deliberating in the Apple River stabbing case today.
Yesterday saw closing arguments in Nicolae Miu’s trial. Prosecutors say he was the aggressor in the river back in 2022 when he stabbed a group of teens, killing one of them. But his lawyer says it’s a clear case of self defense. They showed the jury a video that shows the group of teens harass, then attack Miu. The jury got the case yesterday afternoon, but said it needed more time to come to a verdict.
