The wrecking ball is coming soon for a beloved bar in La Crosse.
At the Board of Public Works meeting Monday, a contract is expected to be awarded for the Glory Days bar, which was heavily damaged along with nearby buildings in a fire two years ago. Its owners had said they hoped to rebuild and reopen the bar, but have been unable to do so. The bar was popular for its collection of Green Bay Packers memorabilia.
