The society’s board acquired the beloved AI. Ringling Theatre last Friday after receiving three-million dollars in community donations. The society’s Circus World operations made a post on Facebook, detailing the history of the theatre and how the historic preservation couldn’t be done without the help of the Al. Ringling Theatre Friends, Inc. Vice President Paul Wolter says “it’s a win for Baraboo, a win for the regional arts community and a win for historic preservation in Wisconsin.”
