The city council on Monday approved a plan to add 336 thousand-dollars to the city budget to pay for the search. Police and volunteers have been looking for over a month for the little boy.

Meanwhile, a years-old arrest in Outagamie County may shed some light on the disappearance of that missing Manitowoc County boy. WISN TV in Milwaukee says three-year-old Elijah Vue’s mother claimed back in 2016 that Jesse Vang was using her as a prostitute. Police arrested Vang, and Elijah’s father Jimmy Vue, back in November of 2015 for human trafficking at an Appleton motel. The charges were later dropped because Vue went to prison on a series of other charges, and Vang was indicted in Minneapolis. Investigators say Vang was the last person to see Elijah back on February 20th.
