Elijah Vue’s mother is not getting out of jail, yet.
A Manitowoc County judge yesterday found there is enough evidence to move toward a trial for Katrina Baur. She’s looking at a slew of neglect charges in connection to her son’s disappearance. Three-year-old Elijah has been missing since February 20th, and Baur has not said where the boy is. Police say he was staying with Baur’s boyfriend at the time. The boyfriend is also being held on neglect charges, he’s due in court next week.
