New Police Chief Named in Chippewa Falls

Chippewa Falls has a new police chief.

Lieutenant Ryan Douglas took over as chief earlier this week. He’s spent his entire career here in Chippewa Falls, first with the county, then with the city starting back 2002. Douglas says he wants to continue building relationships in the community, and wants to get more training for his officers. He’ll be sworn-in as chief next week.
