Frozen Road Declarations Set to Lift

All Wisconsin frozen road declarations will be lifted by tomorrow (Sat).

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says roads will be deemed Class Two statewide – meaning they could be damaged if heavy trucks drive on them. Fourteen-hundred miles of roadway will be eligible for weight restrictions after midnight on Saturday. Local government entities get to decide whether they uphold weight limits on roads like county highways or village streets.
