A traffic stop in St.Croix County leads to arrest for a Minnesota resident.
28 year old DeJanae S Jamison, from St. Paul, MN has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for moving violations on Interstate 94 westbound in the City of Hudson. During the investigation, the driver admitted to smoking marijuana before being stopped. Upon further investigation, the driver was arrested for operating while under the influence 1st offense with minor passengers. The children in the vehicle were ages 3 years old and 9 months old. The driver was transported to a local hospital for a legal blood draw and then to the St. Croix County Jail. A responsible party was contacted to pick up the children.
