A Wisconsin man who has been on the state’s Most Wanted list three times is sentenced to another decade in prison.
Kenneth Twyman, who is already serving 35 years for murder, was sentenced again for drug and weapons charges. He pleaded guilty in October to distributing cocaine and heroin with a machine gun in his possession. His added sentenced will be served at the same time as his current sentence — once it’s complete, he will be eligible for parole.
