Free Fishing Event Cancelled, New Plans Hooked

The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is cancelling the Learn to Fish Free Fishing event at Ojibwa Golf & Bowl this Saturday, January 20. This decision was made based on guidelines from the Wisconsin DNR. The event is cancelled due to insufficient ice depth at the fishing location.

Instead, on Saturday, January 20, the Chippewa Falls YMCA will be open to the community to offer a fun alternative for individuals and families who were looking forward to attending the free fishing event. All are welcome at the Chippewa Falls YMCA to enjoy the pool, gym, group exercise classes, and everything else the YMCA offers.
