Eau Claire is getting a coffee shop with cats.

The to-be opened Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe & Boutique will feature coffee, snacks, and cats that are up for adoption. Mr. Kitty’s is a partner with the  Eau Claire County Humane Association, and all of the cats are from the Humane Association, and director Shelley Janke says there will be 10 to 15 cats in the cafe at all times. There’s no word just when the cafe will open, but it will be in the building that used to be the Eau Claire Community Haven House.
