It could be 10 years in prison for a Janesville man caught with a camper full of what the FBI says are bomb-making materials.
James Morgan was in federal court in Madison on Friday. The FBI says they found explosives and other bomb pieces when they searched his trailer last Thursday. Investigators say they got a tip about Morgan. He’s due back in court on Friday for a detention hearing.
