Sunday could turn out to be the second-hottest Christmas Eve ever in southern Wisconsin.
Forecasters say morning lows will dip down only to the low to mid-40s. This afternoon should be mostly cloudy, breezy, and warm as temperatures across most of southern Wisconsin climb up to the low to mid 50s.
