On January 2, 2024, Chippewa County will be transitioning all Chippewa County Government email addresses from “@co.chippewa.wi.us” to “@chippewacountywi.gov.” Along with the change of email addresses, the Chippewa County website will also transition to: https://www.chippewacountywi.gov.
Across the globe, cybercriminals have increasingly been trying to impersonate government websites and
emails to entice people to click on malicious links or share sensitive information. With the growing
number of fake websites and fraudulent emails, Chippewa County wants to educate and inform our
citizens so they know that they are accessing and communicating with an official, trusted and authentic
sources of information.
