A Milwaukee mom has agreed to a plea deal after neighbors found her kids walking down the street this summer, covered in blood and feces.
Prosecutors yesterday announced the plea deal with Katie Koch. She was accused of keeping her kids in a house of horrors. She pleaded guilty to two counts of chronic neglect of a child and one count of false imprisonment. The DA’s office dismissed three other charges. Police found the house of horrors after Koch’s seven- and nine-year-old children were found wandering the streets in July.
Koch’s boyfriend is also facing charges in the case.
