It will be a day of election votes at the Wisconsin Capitol today.
The State Assembly is scheduled to vote on a series of election reforms. They include constitutional amendments that deal with voter ID, Zuckerbucks, and just who can vote in the state. Republican lawmakers are also looking to close what they say are several loopholes in the state’s election laws. Most of the proposals, however, will not become law. Governor Evers has promised not to sign anything that he feels will make it more difficult to vote in the state.
