Governor Tony Evers says he will invest 36-point-six million dollars in five building projects across the state.
Projects in Janesville, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Door County were rejected in the 2023-2025 Capital Budget process, but will get parts of the money. The governor says his investment will support over 400 jobs and 68-million dollars in economic activity. A convention center, a soccer stadium, and the National Railroad Museum are among the projects being invested in.
