WI Law Puts Credit Card Companies in Legal Crosshairs

Lawmakers at the Wisconsin Capitol want to make it clear that credit card companies cannot track people who buy guns in the state.

Gun owners worry that credit card companies could keep a list of who shops where, and then use that list to get around rules against gun owner registries.
