There will be a lot of trick-or-treaters in coats this year in the Chippewa Valley.

Forecasters say Eau Claire and the rest of western Wisconsin will see their first measurable snowfall of the season. Eau Claire is expected to get about an inch-and-a-half, though some places could see more. It will be cold as well. Today and tomorrow are expected to be in the 30s.
