Sarina Urrice Whittmon, 31 years of age, from Lebanon TN has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two
children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
On 10/28/23 at approximately 12:26AM, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 94 eastbound at MM55 for an equipment violation. Upon approach the Trooper detected the odor of marijuana and signs of impairment. The driver Sarina Whittmon from Lebanon, TN, was tested and subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. The passengers in the vehicle included 1 adult and 2 children. The children in the vehicle were 5 years old and 9-months-old.
