Fond du Lac County’s wounded police dog is up and moving.
The sheriff’s office yesterday said K9 Iro is walking with a cast, and is slowly recovering. Iro was wounded in a weekend shootout that saw a deputy shoot and kill an armed man. The sheriff does say they hope to get Iro fully healed as soon as possible.
