Former Green Bay Packer quarterback Brett Favre will be in court later this month answering questions in a Mississippi welfare fraud lawsuit, filed by the Mississippi Department of Human Services.
A judge refused to dismiss Favre from the civil lawsuit in August. The questioning is scheduled for Thursday October 28.
