Didion Milling is pleading guilty to federal safety crimes in an explosion that killed five people at the company’s Columbia County corn plant.
An attorney for Didion entered a guilty plea Friday in Madison federal court. The company will pay a one-million dollar fine and more than ten-million in restitution to the estates of five workers who were killed in the 2017 explosion.
