Wisconsin’s pro-life groups say prosecutors in Milwaukee and Madison need to do their jobs.
Leaders from Wisconsin Right To Life, Wisconsin Family Action, and Pro-Life Wisconsin yesterday told reporters that abortion in the state remains illegal, despite Planned Parenthood’s resumption last week. Dan Miller with Pro-Life Wisconsin says while there is a challenge to Wisconsin’s abortion law, a judge has not ruled that it is unenforceable. He says prosecutors in Milwaukee in Madison have made a political decision to not enforce Wisconsin’s pre-Roe abortion ban.
