Gas prices jump nearly 20 cents in some parts of Wisconsin overnight.
The average cost for a gallon of unleaded is up three cents from yesterday, but cities like La Crosse and Superior are bigger hikes. Triple-A says there are three factors–scheduled refinery maintenance, OPEC cutting production, and higher crude oil prices.
