The Wisconsin Supreme Court flips this week.
Liberal judge Janet Protasiewicz will take her oath of office tomorrow, and officially join the court. She won the spring election and has been waiting to start her turn. Protasiewicz will turn Wisconsin’s Supreme Court from a 4-3 conservative majority, to a 4-3 liberal majority. Democrats and liberals in the state expect Protasiewicz to be the deciding vote on a whole host of cases from abortion, to election maps, to perhaps even an attempt to overrule Act 10.
