It’s prison, not a mental hospital, for Taylor Schabusiness.
A jury in Green Bay yesterday found Schabusiness competent, and said she knew what she was doing when she killed her boyfriend last year during a day of drug use, then chopped up his body. Her lawyers argued Schabusiness is bipolar, and blacked-out during the crime. Doctors for the prosecution, however, said some of Schabusiness’ symptoms were likely drug-related. A judge will sentence Schabusiness in September.
