A psychologist says the Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering her boyfriend is not fit for trial.
The psychologist testified yesterday that Taylor Schabusiness doesn’t fully understand what is happening. Schabusiness is accused of strangling her boyfriend last year during a day of drug use, then cutting his body into pieces. She is supposed to go on trial this month. The psychologist says Schabusiness doesn’t know how to behave in court, help in her defense, or have any insight into her case.
The judge in the case hasn’t yet decided what to do.
