Prosecutors Look to Upgrade Charges

Prosecutors in Waukesha could be upgrading the charges against a Brookfield man accused of punching a man in the face last month over his tattoos.

Josh Davies went down after that punch on June 17th, and hit his head on the concrete. He died yesterday. Police arrested 64-year-old Kevin Sehmer, and prosecutors later charged him with aggravated battery. Those charges could now be upgraded after Davies’ death. Investigators say Sehmer was upset by Davies’ tattoos, but they are not saying why.
