Dodgeville Celebrates Farmers

Dodgeville is celebrating farmers this weekend.

The 37th Farmers Appreciation Day begins at 5 p.m. at Harris Park.  The event will get rolling with live music and a “sip and “savor,” followed by a fireworks show at dusk.  A Farmers 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30 a.m. at Dodgeville High School.  Farmers Appreciation Day is aimed at recognizing farmers and agribusinesses, and educating the public about the agriculture industry.
