New Faces Around Agnes’ Table

Legacy Community Center and Agnes’ Table, a community kitchen and food pantry located in Downtown Chippewa Falls, announced that, in addition to adding seven new members to the Board of Directors, Angela Maloney has been appointed as the new Executive Director. 

“…this is a very exciting day for our organization. We have added an amazing Executive Director, who, in her short time, has made tremendous improvements for our future.”

New board members include: 

– TJ Atkins (Vice President), Executive Director at The Community Table 

– Jennifer Barrett, Homeless Services Director at LE Phillips Outreach Office – Patrick Bushman, Owner of Canvas Town Events 

– Kelsey Svajda, Community Member 

– Jenna Jandrt-Hoff, Marketing Specialist at Mid-West Family Eau Claire 

– Kali Foster, Document Controls Administrator at Miron Construction 

– Paula Gregory, Office Administrator at Edina Realty 

“It has been an honor to be a part of Agnes’ Table and Legacy Community Center over the last couple of years. With the recent retirement of the Legacy Community Center board directors who have served faithfully over the years and brought Agnes’ Table to the place we are today, this is a very exciting day for our organization. We have added an amazing Executive Director, who, in her short time, has made tremendous improvements for our future. In addition, the new board members will be the foundation to our organization as we move toward the future,” says Justin Searles, President of Legacy Community Center and Agnes’ Table. 

As a longtime, active community member, Angela is well positioned to speak on challenges the Chippewa Falls community faces while offering insightful solutions. She is involved with the Chippewa Falls Mission Coalition, Chippewa County Council on Homelessness and Hunger, and West Central Homeless Coalition. Angela and her husband, Kris, live in Chippewa Falls and have seven children that have graduated from or are currently attending McDonell Area Catholic Schools.

With invigorated energy and new ideas, Angela and the new board members are looking forward to continuing Legacy Community Center and Agnes’ Table’s mission of, “[providing] nutritious meals, hospitality, and advocacy for community members facing challenges by collaborating with local agencies, organizations, and our community.” CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.
