Charges have been filed against the Minnesota man accused of making threats against the Chippewa County Courthouse back in May.
Harley Alcala has been charged with making terrorist threats. Back on the night of May first, police say Alcala made a series of threats against the courthouse in posts on Facebook.
Alcala faces up to 21 and a half years in prison if convicted.
