We now know who died in this week’s small plane crash in Watertown.
Authorities yesterday said a 73-year-old grandfather and his eight-year-old grandson died in the crash Wednesday morning. No one is yet saying what brought the plane down near Brandt Quirk Park. Both the FAA and the NTSB are investigating. Though the FAA yesterday said the plane was supposed to go from Watertown to Manitowish Waters. Watertown Police say Brandt Quirk Park will remain closed through the weekend so they can clean-up the wreckage.
