Nuisance Animals in Lawmakers Crosshairs

It could soon be a bit easier for Wisconsin’s airports to keep animals away from the runway.

Lawmakers in Madison will hold a hearing on a plan today to make changes to the state’s hunting laws that create exemptions for hunting nuisance animals. The changes include allowing shooters to use a light to find animals, and to shoot across the road. The changes would only apply at airports, and only for designated shooters.
