The jury will get the case against the teenager accused of a violent rape of an elderly woman in Waukesha two years ago.
Prosecutors called their final witnesses yesterday, and the teenager, Khalil Perry, opted not to testify. Perry is accused of kidnapping, robbing, and then sexually assaulting an 88-year-old woman outside of the Waukesha public library back in 2021. Yesterday, prosecutors played his interview with the police where he admitted to kidnapping and robbing the woman, but denied sexually assaulting her.
