April Showers Fall Short of Averages

It was a warm and dry April in southern Wisconsin. 

The National Weather Service says the average high temperature in Madison was one-point-seven degrees above normal, while the average low was one-point-four degrees above normal.  As far as rainfall goes Madison saw nearly one-and-a-half fewer inches of rain than normal.
