Badgers wide receiver Markus Allen could be facing a weapons charge.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says Allen was arrested at the Mifflin Street Block Party over the weekend on a tentative charge of intoxicated use of a gun. He’s no longer in custody and hasn’t been charged yet. Police say 44 people were arrested at this year’s party.
