The Department of Tourism announced three Joint Effort Marketing (JEM) grants totaling $65,000 for Visit Eau Claire to promote and market three upcoming festivals and events.

The funding supports Visit Eau Claire in its digital marketing, social media advertising, and public relations efforts for the Eau Claire Jazz Festival on April 21-22, the inaugural Eau Claire HmongFest on June 17-18, and the U.S. Open Chainsaw Sculpture Championship on Aug. 10-13.
“There are big things happening in Eau Claire, and the Department is excited to play a role in making these events even bigger,” said Tourism Secretary Anne Sayers. “Visit Eau Claire does a tremendous job promoting and attracting visitors to this uniquely Wisconsin city. These grants will help spread the message of Eau Claire’s diverse celebrations across Wisconsin and the Midwest.”
