Snow emergencies are in effect for communities across southern Wisconsin as the latest winter storm moves in.
Madison Streets Division crews were out Friday night, plowing and salting streets but officials are warning drivers to expect slushy, slippery streets this morning. Weather advisories will be in effect into the afternoon when this latest late winter storm is expected to move out.
