Six adults and three kids are rescued after a sheet of ice breaks away from the shore and floats out into Lake Pepin between southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
The group was ice fishing Sunday evening and had to leave behind a snowmobile, ATV, and fishing gear when rescue crews came with airboats to take them back to shore.
