A judge is refusing to toss a wrongful death lawsuit in the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting in Wisconsin.
Anthony Huber was one of the men killed. His father is suing Rittenhouse along with police in Kenosha for his son’s death during a protest in 2020. He claims Rittenhouse “conspired” with police to kill his son. The judge said Huber’s death “could plausibly be regarded as having been proximately caused by the actions of the governmental defendants.” Rittenhouse’s lawyers say there’s no evidence of any conspiracy.
