Flags Lowered to Honor Murdered Mailman

Flags will fly at half-staff today to remember the Milwaukee mailman gunned down earlier this month.

Governor Evers yesterday ordered flags lowered today to remember Aundre Cross. He’s the mailman who was shot and killed while delivering mail back on December 9th. The governor says Cross was a dedicated public servant who gave 18 years to the Post Office. Milwaukee Police have not yet made any arrests in the case, despite a 50 thousand-dollar reward for information.
The dates are out for the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.  The Republican National Committee says the convention will run from July 15th to the 18th, 2024.  Republicans will spend the week selecting their nominee for the 2024 presidential election.
