There are new charges, and new victims in the case of a Janesville Navy recruiter accused of having sex with underage girls.
Rock County prosecutors yesterday added three new charges of child enticement and sexual assault. The D.A’s office says there are two new victims in the case. Investigators say the recruiter, 25-year-old Bryan Bradley-Hubbard, would meet high school girls through his job as a recruiter, then contact them on social media and meet for sex.
