Police in Sheboygan say there’s no evidence that the wreck that killed a man after the city’s Holiday Parade was anything other than an accident.
Officers say a 69-year-old man died about 30 minutes after the parade ended. He was trying to cross the street at the time. The suspect sped off, but was arrested a little while later. Sheboygan Police say there’s no evidence to suggest the man was intentionally hit.
