MKE Looks For Stiffer Penalties For Car Thieves

Milwaukee has seen a spike in car thefts over the past two years. Last year, thieves stole more cars in Milwaukee than in Chicago. Chisholm says Wisconsin lawmakers should consider increasing the prison term for car theft in the state.
